As per the directions of the MP Higher Education Department of the college, a training and placement cell has been set up based on Swami Vivekananda's Career Guidance Cell. Based on the Swami Vivekananda Career Guidance Scheme, this cell conducts career guidance, counseling, preparation for various competitive exams, and various skill enhancement programs throughout the year. Additionally, the cell organizes job fairs from time to time, and many private companies nearby provide job opportunities to students. In addition to academic activities, the cell also organizes workshops on entrepreneurship.

Objective

• Develop the overall personality of students and make them able to work for reputed companies.
• Develop students' technical and soft skills to master corporate recruitment processes.
• Recruit the maximum number of students through internal and external interviews with top companies.
• Holding various seminars, lectures, professional awareness improvement programs, etc. by experts to prepare students for interviews.
• Organize a “Comprehensive Training Program” for students to boost their morale and face any challenges on campus with confidence.
